Classic Games Collection Inlaid Wood Chess Set

This is a wonderful board and is perfect for beginners. The wood pieces are clearly different colors for those who are learning and do not know the difference between the pieces yet. I highly recommend it.

This is a really good set for beginners or anyone who wants a nice chess set to travel with since it folds and all the pieces store inside of it. Our set was missing a piece but it was easily replaced after contacting the companies customer service.

This was such a nice little set, ESPECIALLY for the price! Can always count on Walmart to find the best deal on things like this.

This is a good chess set. One of the features I love is that it folds in half and keeps the chess pieces inside, therefore, you can keep always together the board and the pieces.

So much smaller than I thought. I should have checked dimensions. But great quality for price and very convenient for travel. I really like it.

I thought the wood board would be a little bigger but it is small. The chess is very light too. Overall it is ok.

I thought this was a professional sized set. It's just "ok". Although it's bigger than a travel set it's smaller than a professional set. It seems well put together and it is all wood so I'm happy about that.

I received the chess set to give as a present for Christmas, but upon opening the box, it had two sets of brown chess pieces. There should have been a white set and a brown set. It caused a problem, since I was not able to get a replacement game set in time for the present.

Pieces are very small and not well made, some had chunks of wood broken off. Also there is a white pawn missing when I received it. I tried calling the number on the box and they said they would replace the pawn. Yeah right, that was 3 weeks ago. NOT recommended, there are better options.

I bought this for a friend, only to find out that after it he opened it that there were pieces missing. He couldn't even use it. I also had to "Site to Store" the product which took 2 weeks for it to be available for my friend to pick up. VERY disappointed.
