Clear, Varathane Ultimate Spar Urethane, Satin-9341H, Quart

It was exactly what I was looking for came at a reasonable time, and was less expensive than other stores around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used the Varathane clear gloss oil based urethane yet because it's too cold outside. It says to apply between 50 and 90 degrees. It has not gotten higher than 50 degrees where I live. As soon as it gets warm enough I will be using it. I actually can't waiting to use it because this is a good company and their products get the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so easy to use. It took very little of the gloss to cover the rocking chair. The odor was really strong and was strong for a few hours. The drying time was between 2 and 24 hours. The first couple hours it was sticky to the touch but was drying pretty fast. It was completely dry by the next evening. This seems to be very durable and will hold up.

It brushes on very smooth and covers a lot of area. It does take some time to dry between coats but has a low oder. I used this can on taking some rough sawn red oak and turning it into a floating shelf and a bench for a laundry room make over. The finish is very durable, resistant to chemicals, and nearly scratch proof. My go to choice for long life top coats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The odor for this urethane is not bad compared to other brands! i used this for my outdoor porch! it helps keep the mildew out when it rains! i put it on-top of my painted porch and it seals everything together. It dries pretty quickly if you do the job in a sunny day.

Other than a delay in shipping the product is what I expected
