Clorox Pool&Spa Algaecide + Clarifier

I had a fast paced algae-bloom happening due to being away from the house for a week. I backwashed the sand filter, cleaned the skimmer filter socks, and poured in the correct amount of the Clorox. Grabbed the pool brush and got to work scrubbing the Baja shelf, seats, walls, and floor. Leave your filter pumps running 24/7. It took me two days of scrubbing (I only scrubbed once a day.. should have done more), cleaning the filter socks, and backwashing the sand filter but holy moly... it was crystal clear on day three. I bought 3 more gallons just to have on hand. This stuff works!

We have an above ground pool, needless to say during the winter we get lazy and so once it starts warming up, we put about a third to half of the bottle in and turn the pool on, and it literally has all of the sludge at the bottom of the pool ready to be vacuumed in about 24 hours! The water is crystal clear. This jug is a little on the pricey side, but it is worth every dollar! Our pool is 18 feet around by 5 feet deep, to give you an idea on the size to go by how much we use. Again this product is 100% and necessity for any pool owner excellent product.

I have had very good luck with this stuff. If I have a pool issue with algae this is my go to product. Usually clears it up within a day. It's a bit pricey if you have a large pool.

I have been buying this chemical for about a year now, and it works tremendously with the algae. If you're looking for something that is budget friendly but gets the work done. This is the product to use.

This was great. My pool got sprayed by outside sprinkler coming from the lake and right away got the green algae color that was so disgusting. I ordered express delivery from Walmart and got delivered the same day. I poured this along with 3 gallons of chlorine and it cleared the water right in about an hour. Happy with this algaecide.. ‏My pool was so green ... from all the reading I have done the only option was to change the water! I almost gave up .. decided to try Clorox algaecide and clarifier and this one takes all the guesswork out of what to do first and what to do next! it simply did the trick! It kills the algaecide and it also works like the blood in your body coagulates all the particles , they become bigger ‏and get trapped in your filter! Forget all the boutique chemicals.. just use this one this one! Uda

I like the Clorox Pool Clarifier but I don't like how Walmart Delivery is handled. I ordered two packages of two gallons each but only one two pack was delivered. I had ordered something else(Ensure) but they said it couldn't be delivered to my address but Amazon did yet Walmart put the charge thru for the whole amount.

We purchased 4 gallons-clearly was old stock. No impact to water at all. Beware of old product-this product loses it potency after a lot of time on the shelf.

This didn't seem to work well for me. Had an algae bloom starting, used this 1/2 gallon one day and about 3 days later the rest… cranked my saltwater generator on boost mode for a day and half steady and it cleared up. Next time I'm just running boost mode or pool shocking and I'll save my money.

This product itself is great! MY PROBLEM is with you WAL MART!!!!!!! I know for a FACT that you have the product that I originally want to order in the STORE!!!! you just want me to pay extra for this product I WILL NOT do that !!!! you have LIED to me to up sale and I AM DONE!!!! from this point on I will either NOT but the product or I will take my business elsewhere! you have MESSED UP BIG TIME with me LIARS!!! Shame on you Walmart! Shame!
