Clorox Pool&Spa Algaecide + Clarifier

I had a fast paced algae-bloom happening due to being away from the house for a week. I backwashed the sand filter, cleaned the skimmer filter socks, and poured in the correct amount of the Clorox. Grabbed the pool brush and got to work scrubbing the Baja shelf, seats, walls, and floor. Leave your filter pumps running 24/7. It took me two days of scrubbing (I only scrubbed once a day.. should have done more), cleaning the filter socks, and backwashing the sand filter but holy moly... it was crystal clear on day three. I bought 3 more gallons just to have on hand. This stuff works!

We have an above ground pool, needless to say during the winter we get lazy and so once it starts warming up, we put about a third to half of the bottle in and turn the pool on, and it literally has all of the sludge at the bottom of the pool ready to be vacuumed in about 24 hours! The water is crystal clear. This jug is a little on the pricey side, but it is worth every dollar! Our pool is 18 feet around by 5 feet deep, to give you an idea on the size to go by how much we use. Again this product is 100% and necessity for any pool owner excellent product.

Our pump broke and the water got super green. These helped kill the algae and allow it to fall all to the bottom so that the vacuum could suck it up. Worked fast!

I have been buying this chemical for about a year now, and it works tremendously with the algae. If you're looking for something that is budget friendly but gets the work done. This is the product to use.

We had a algae problem over winter I worked on getting the pool cleaned. This clarifier worked well and it was easy to clean the algae from the water.

There are no granules which is a plus. It does not cloud the pool water which is also a plus. However, this product should be used for slight pool algae issues if you are using to kill off slight algae blooms. If your algae problem is heavy this product will not cut through and kill off the blooms effectively. However, it seems great to use as a preventative measure once all blooms are removed and the pool water is chemically balanced.

I like the Clorox Pool Clarifier but I don't like how Walmart Delivery is handled. I ordered two packages of two gallons each but only one two pack was delivered. I had ordered something else(Ensure) but they said it couldn't be delivered to my address but Amazon did yet Walmart put the charge thru for the whole amount.

Bought a whole gallon of it and it does not work. I tried it last year had the same results. Thought maybe it was a bad batch or something of that nature. The cheaper stuff works 100 times better even one bag of shocker of the cheap shocker works better than the whole gallon of this product here do not buy it. I do not recommend it so a waste of money.

This product itself is great! MY PROBLEM is with you WAL MART!!!!!!! I know for a FACT that you have the product that I originally want to order in the STORE!!!! you just want me to pay extra for this product I WILL NOT do that !!!! you have LIED to me to up sale and I AM DONE!!!! from this point on I will either NOT but the product or I will take my business elsewhere! you have MESSED UP BIG TIME with me LIARS!!! Shame on you Walmart! Shame!
