The pool store that test my water says I finally have my phosphate water in my pool under control. All I did was use this product following directions on it. Thanks.
This paired with crazy clarifier has kept the pool clear even with the presence of leaves and what not. Follow label instructions!
Great product! We had a reading of 500 for phosphates in the pool. Added this and checked back two days later and the phosphates are now at 50. I will add that we had this shipped and it leaked all over the bag and box.
I used this stuff last year after a pool shop told me that my phosphates were too high making my pool cloudy. This stuff cleared it up so fast that you could see it working as I poured it around the pool.
After our neighborhood was pummeled by a hurricane, our pool transformed from a serene oasis to a green algae swamp. The culprit? A neighbor's tree that had decided to share its limbs with our pool. Despite our best efforts to remove debris, pesky phosphates built up, fueling the algae growth. Clorox to the Rescue Enter Clorox Pool%26Spa Liquid Phunky Phosphate Remover. In desperation, we purchased this product and combined it with an algecide and shock treatment. And let me tell you, it was a game-changer! This phosphate remover effectively tackled the root of the problem, allowing the algecide and shock to work their magic. Gradually, the green monster was defeated, and our pool was restored to its former glory. If you've faced a similar post-hurricane pool nightmare, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Clorox Phunky Phosphate Remover a try. It's a must-have for any pool owner who's dealt with the aftermath of a natural disaster. Disclaimer: Results may vary depending on pool size, severity of algae growth, and other factors
It has to be used in combination with a shock treatment. It leaves water cloudy, but cleared with a couple of vacuums, and filter changes. Higher temperatures, decrease how well it works.
Not sure if it worked or not. My phosphate levels were over 2500 and I had weird stains on my liner. After I put in the entire container of phosphate remover it did cleaner some of the stains. After 3 weeks I tested the water again but my phosphate levels were even higher over 2700. My water is crystal clear and everything checks out good but cannot get my phosphate level down.
Pick up system way to slow for getting one or two things
I get this product all of the time and it works just fine I'm just extremely annoyed that this time it arrived with a cap that wasn't secure and the chemicals spilled out into the bag it was delivered in and on the outside of another product it was shipped with!
One thing I needed for my pool. I just went to grab the pool bags because I needed to add this item into my pool. Added a bunch of other things I didn't need to reach $35 threshold, and this item is unavailable after order was placed and delivered.. The app asks if I want to have it free shipping to my home and I say yes. I then get a message saying unavailable to ship to my home. Walmart is going downhill and fast. My five past delivery orders have had issues or delays. Will not be renewing my Walmart plus subscription.
