CMX CERAMIC SPRAY COATING 24 OZ

After countless internet reviews and YouTube videos, I decided on this Mother's CMX ceramic spray. Glad I did. This stuff is great!! I applied a coating across my whole vehicle. Paint, glass and plastic trim. Waited 20 minutes and buffed it out. Pretty simple. My car shines like new, I put the bottle on my hood and it slid right off. Later on this day it started to rain and I noticed the water bead right off the car. I am psyched to put several more coats on. Recommended at least 24 hours between coats and I will do that. If you want the best ceramic spray, this stuff is awesome! No need to take your vehicle to a high price detailer, coat like a pro, all on your own for less with this great product!

I As a decades-long user of Mothers conventional polishing and detailing products I was initially reluctant to switch over to their CMX ceramic spray coating, but I am very glad that I decided to try their CMX product line. CMX is much easier to apply and maintain than conventional polishes. It is incredibly hydrophobic and sheds water and other liquids better than any product that I have ever used. I believe it is the best product available to clean and protect wheels from brake pad dust, and may be the best UV protection for automotive finishes you can buy. CMX's performance has been so good that I have also used it to protect pool and patio furniture from the hot, humid environment of Florida's Gulf Coast. CMX is the bomb!

Half the price of other ceramic sprays and just as good if not better. My 100k mile 2017 f250 looks like it just came off the show room floor

I am really impressed by the end result considering how easy it is to apply considering that I am a first time user. The surface of my car looks like glass now and the way it looks is just amazing. I hear that applying additional coats will help the shine even more so I am excited to see just what that additional coat will do. Thanks for making such an awesome product.

I bought this product about 2 years ago and have used it at least 4 times on my truck. Very easy to apply, just like the directions say wipe on and wipe off. Does great about water protection and shine. It is nice to be able to "wax" my truck and not have any white residue on the black trim. It don't last as long as some higher end products but will last 5-6 months if done correctly.

As far as budget ceramic coats go, this one takes the cake for me. I've tried a handful of products and none have worked quite as well. Before I get into things, let's not forget that this is a budget option, not a professional ceramic coat. You probably aren't a professional detailer yourself, so don't judge the product if your work is lackluster. Whenever applying to a new car I use this product in conjunction with the abrasive surface prep. I drive a dark blue car, so paint defects stand out. I did rubbing compound, swirl remover, CMX abrasive surface prep, and then the coating itself. You'll see a lot of reviews claiming it wears off after one wash, but I suspect it was either applied incorrectly or they're using a soap designed to remove product from the paint. It's pretty common stuff and is usually used by detailers as the start of paint prep when they plan to put on new product and need a blank canvas. That being said, it's not permanent. I've found that it will last around a month on it's own. When you apply the product do 2-4 layers. It's ceramic coat, not wax. Give it 24 hours or so and then clean the car and apply 2-3 more layers. From there just go quickly over the car every time you wash it with 1 more layer and you should be fine. I regularly spend 4 hours on I-20 in my very low car, and despite the additional exposure to road grime I deal with being as lose as I am, I never have a hard time washing the car and maintaining the coating. If you roll up your sleeves and do the work the way it needs to be done then this is an excellent product. Don't forget that it's not a professional quality ceramic coating, so it doesn't produce the same 3 year results. But that said, you're paying a fraction of the price. 5 stars in my book, and much more easily maintainable than wax. This is quality stuff for it's price. I can spray my car off with a hose after a dusty night and by the time I get to 60mph the car is dried off and clean again. As a note for the photos, my car is 110k miles and a rebuilt title and the paint looks great with a little elbow grease topped off with this product. 10/10

I loved CMX® Ceramic Spray Coating. It is very easy to apply and if you follow the manufacturer instructions, it will give one of the best results for slickness and gloss. It cures in 24 hours and has lasted perfectly on my daily driver for the past year. After 7 months I reapplied it to boost the hydrophobic properties. The results are really good.

My ride is a 1993 Camaro Z28 with original factory black paint and over 120,00 miles. I have owned the car continuosly since 93. I have used many products over the years but CMX is the absolute best. After washing with CMX ceramic wash & coating, I apply CMX spray as directed, then use an orbital buffer with microfiber bonnet to get the deep brillant shine with no streaks or swirlls The car looks the best it has in 28 years. I allways tell my friends and people who admire my car in a store parking lot about using CMX. I highly recommend CMX to keep your vehicle looking new. Kudos to Mothers for having the best product line in the industry.

I put on the first coat back in October and I was impressed. I applied by hand per the directions and removed with and orbiter (little or no pressure). I did decide on a second coat about a month later (applied the same). With the winter and road salt I am glad I did.
