COBANA 71 lbs Black Water Container Square Patio Umbrella Base Weights

We hesitated to buy this without any reviews, but this umbrella base has been great thus far. It has kept our umbrella erect just filed with water (no sand needed) and is still light enough to drag around the deck by the handle. We're currently using it to provide shade at my son's water table. Love it. Get it, you won't regret it.

This works really well. It holds a lot of water, or sand if you do that. I put water in this and left it filled and outside the whole zero degree winter on accident but it didn't burst at all. It's very sturdy, just not, very good looking. My umbrella only blew over once but that was my fault and it was very very windy and I should have closed it the day before. If you put sand in this it would be extremely heavy and be very hard to move, but unlikely to ever tip. Like I said, it only tipped over once, but it was VERY windy. I have this freestanding, and not in the center of a table either.

Worked well; however, had to make some adjustments to the patio furniture to get alignment of umbrella pole in stand.

No assembly needed- very sturdy!

I ordered pewter and it does not look pewter it looks bronze. I hoped it would match my existing stuff better having the secondary color be a grayish tone rather than this bronze tone. I am just going to keep it because I knew that might happen and it isn't worth the trouble to return. Seems heavy enough to work well only the future can tell for sure.

Note: only for patio umbrellas with single pole base, not 4 prong “X” style. Cannot be returned to store.

I received this item and it was missing many parts. Hardware does not look like it will hold up for many years.

Item was cracked in half during shipment. Reported item was damaged and sent pictures of proof right from the undamaged box. Not useable. I want my refund.

Piece of junk. I tried fitting 3 of my umbrellas in the base and all three fell over. The area that you insert the umbrella pole is too small for standard poles. The only umbrella that can fit and mind you loosely is the smaller beach umbrellas. Not for your typical patio umbrella.

Not happy, when I opened the box it came out in pieces. BROKEN 😡
