This is the second time we have purchased this same umbrella. FIRST, WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT THIS UMBRELLA: What we like is the sheer weight and quality of the umbrella. We've purchased countless outdoor umbrellas that didn't survive, breaking spokes, fabric tears, and literally flying out of the umbrella stand even after being tightened. This umbrella has withstood a great deal of inclement weather in Arizona, including heat, wind, and thunderstorms, etc. The only reason we ended up purchasing a second one was the microburst this umbrella encountered last month. Our reality is our next overhead covering, that is BETTER THAN THIS UNBRELLA, is a permanent structure
I was sad I had to return it. I thought I had measured my space correctly, but it was just a little too big to open fully, but it is a great umbrella.
I love the color, size and price. The umbrella seems to be well made. I've only had it a month, so I'm not sure how long it will last in the Arizona sun.
beautiful turquoise deeper blue than the picture came with a small Manufacturing flaw a tiny hole where the stitching was not good to have a hole in your umbrella haha however customer service handled it immediately and did my return no problems would buy again
When I recieved the umbrella the plastic crank was cracked and so I thought no big deal. The color is very nice and it is water proof but them not even a month after the string connection broke and now I had to drill a hole and use a pin to keep the umbrella up. I would send it back but I have already thrown the box away who would have thought that it was that poorly made. I was going to get the cheaper one and should have at least I could have understand the cheaper one breaking
Very disappointed in this item - within 6 months the string has come undone from the crank and has made this unusable. Waste of $60
crank assembly was cracked already damaged when I open the box email them and I have yet to get a response
Whereas it is a beautiful umbrella just opened and it already has a tear in. It came that way not happy about it.
