Bought this when my 17 year old Cobra finally stopped working before I was scheduled for a long road trip. This detector saved me twice that I am aware of, and probably many more that I didn't see. Before this I had purchased a $700 Uniden but returned it because it was too complicated to operate. I would definitely recommend Cobra detectors and this one was a great value.

Stop looking. Buy this one!

LadyBlue October 30, 2025

I got back last night from a vacation driving through 7 states. Alerts were on point and reading was easy. The range was excellent for me The mount easily was attached to my windshield. No view obstruction. Volume is adjustable. Never too loud to startle you. Easily small enough to remove from the car when you want to. I've only had one other detector and it was a Cobra also. (lost in a move)

Reliable, Easy to Use, and Budget-Friendly

Angelina April 12, 2025

I bought the Cobra RAD 350 Laser Radar Detector for my boyfriend after he recently got his driver's license, and honestly, it's been such a good purchase—especially for the price. He's still getting used to highway driving and speed limits, so I figured this would be a smart (and slightly protective) gift to help him stay more aware on the road. First off, the range on this thing is solid. It picks up signals from a good distance away, which gives him plenty of time to adjust his speed if needed. The false alert filter is a nice touch too—we've driven past automatic doors, sensors, and random electronics, and it doesn't go off every two seconds like some cheaper detectors do. The OLED display is super clear and easy to read, even at night. It gives off just the right amount of light without being too distracting, and it's simple enough that he figured it out without needing to dive into the manual. For $79, this radar detector has honestly done its job well. It adds a little peace of mind for both of us, and he thinks it's really cool—so bonus points there. Definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable, reliable option.

It woke very well, i think either a lot of cops in moore ok don't run radar or they just don't get picked up, it goes off a lot when i pass by minivans but other than that i have no complaints

False Alerts

Bob May 18, 2026

Too many false alerts in my small town. Wish I had looked at more of them. To top it off, I paid $25 more than it was on Amazon. A $25 dollar difference on an inexpensive detector... is a lot. I'd say spend a little more and get a better one.

Didn't work for me

Zachary June 23, 2025

There was a biker cop running a radar gun on the highway. Had his gun pointed right at my car. My detector didn't make a sound. I got it so I could warn others on Waze that cops are quota chasing.

If you don't speed ever buy it.

Keyon December 19, 2025

Is simply not worth the money I've been at least 100 feet on the police before ever detected the police radar and it don't detect the digital speed sign on the side of the route. It picks up more false lines that come from store, alarms or car alarms then it does a police laser so basically it doesn't work

Not satisfied

alyJ423 May 23, 2026

For how much these radar detectors cost you would think they'd actually work. I know it's probably the cheapest one out but it doesn't even pick up a police if ur facing it head on. But every traffic camera in sight . Make it make sense?
