When received the boxes with the article are crushed and sometimes open. I think the boxes they are shipped in should be heavier and more substantial.

The trees are way smller than I expected, but they are cute. I don't think the solat aspect of the trees is working as they are not coming on after dark. I have to goout and physically turn them on. I probably wouldn't buy them again.

many of the lights fall off. I had several in the box when it arrived. I had several more fall off when i tried to unwrap the cords from each other. it seems to me that that you wil spend to much time trying to keep up with them. I do not recommend.

The solar panels absolutely did not work at all. We had a few sunny winter days but we never saw the lights lit. I gave this 2 stars because I was able to rip off the solar wiring and then next year I will use the trees and buy wired lights to decorate the trees. the trees are good quality.

Excited to receive package. Trees smaller than i expected. Products wiring was very tangled so it took a while to untangle. Placed out in yard by afternoon and was surprised they worked that night since didn't get a full charge. Every day after that they never came on . Very disappointed!

One of the 4 trees does not work. Trying to get a new set is impossible, even thought I bought the warranty protection. All State site won't even allow me to file a claim. What a waste of time and money.

I am very disappointed in this item. It doesn't look nice and the "spikes" do not stay in the ground. They keep falling over. I'm sorry I bought these. What a waste of money. I gave up and threw them out.

These little Christmas trees looked cute and the lights worked well for a week and then it stopped working. Also, the stakes that are supposed to go in the ground are super flimsy.

well the trees light up then go tight back off ..the wiring seems to nit make a good connection with the solar panel ..maybe its just a faulty one as they are really cute just something is wrong and I cant afford to replace them

Complete waste of money and time to assemble and set up. Turn on then right back off, don't turn on at all, or are so dim you can't see them. Look nothing like the picture (are very small). I am returning these.
