My wife bought these from the market few weeks ago and I've generally been happy with it. Coconut fiber is a good choice for birds, It is clean and easy to use. My Bichenov finches love it. Placed a few light tuffs of it on bottom of cage and through cage bars. I did a quick molding the fiber into a nest shape and then they built a nice round padded bowl with it in their plastic square nest box. The chicks are growing and doing really well with it too.

So happy that my friend sent these over for my Parakeets. They like using this during their playtime by pulling and chewing. Since the fine fibers are made from natural fiber material, I know I don't need to worry. I love watching them build a comfy nest out of it. This little cage bedding is quite easy to clean too because the material doesn't invite dust nor particles.

This really nice for your animals. It's exactly what is needed for bedding with our lizard. We have also used this with birds. Very easy to set up and use.

its more square and flat. seems like a decent size but isn't easily able to form a nest as needed. I was able to peel a layer up so my baby finch has more of a house instead of a nest. I'm sure a more experienced nest building bird could easily shred this and build a nest out of it.

The nearing material itself is ok. It's just so very stiff and you do not get very much at all.
