This is a game changer. My Vitamin D levels have been low for awhile now. The doctor had me on prescription of 50,000 IU. I did some reading and was astonished to discover the importance of this vitamin to your health. I've taken high dose vD in the past and they upset my stomach. I do not have that issue with these. I'm a vegetarian so I can't get Vitamin D3 from fish or vitamins with gelatin capsules or coating. They're easy to chew and swallow, and have a delicious strawberry flavor. You do need to take 2 a day to complete the everyday requirements. These are made in the USA, the flavor is decent, and the texture is fine.These gummies taste good and don't stick to teeth. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love these gummies, so delicious. Love the free shipping option. Love the ease of taking them, their like candy. But, vitamin D can take six to eight months to adsorb into our bodies, so, come January of 2023 I will have my blood checked to see if they are doing the job they are to do. The store bought ones were a total nightmare, after a year of taking them I knew I had to do something different. I searched and searched and came across these and wanted to give them a try. My vitamin D level was at 17 when first tested, within six months of taking the store bought ones it had got up to 38, which is wonderful, but you had to take four a day and they would get stuck in you're throat and they had so much sugar in them. So, like I mentioned, come January of 2023 I will definitely know if these are worth it. They are delicious and so very easy to take, you actually look forward to taking them, whereas the others it was becoming very depressing to think about taking them.

I've left a review after the first 30 days of trying this out, while I'm on my Third bottle. Lab RESULTS came back much much higher than expected in a very short time from changing to these. Just keep away from those kiddos because these are so delicious and easy to take! Research pays off in such a big way. Ya gotta stand for something, or else you'll fall for anything! These are the BEST and the price can't be beat.
