Stick with Colace
Tried a less expensive alternative claiming to contain exactly the same ingredient. I soon noticed that it didn't work nearly as well. Came back.

Keeps bowels soft without making them too soft everyone is different so it might not work as good with everyone

The bottle says 3 tablets once a day for adults! I am 80 yrs old! My DDoctor advised me to take 4 either together or separately once a day and then they work for me! I believe that each person is different from the next so please remember to consult your individual medical person since we are all different. medically most of the time! I will recommend these to start but remember consult with your own Doctor for their advise!

package came distroyed. pill bottle crushed open and pills were busted open, leacked and just an overall mess! very disappointed!

Bad
The bottle was scorching hot when the postman gave it to me. The bottle was extended and the pills are rock hard. I don't know if it was sent that was or the delivery caused it, but this bottle is full of damaged medication.
