The supplements are way too expensive, but it was worth it. This is something I would recommend for someone to take every now and then if they have suffered from a lifetime of cold sores. Although the supplements did not immediately stop or prevent cold sores, when I continued to take them, I noticed the difference. My skin had a glow that I have not had in years. I also had a better immune response.

Love this product and we keep a steady supply on hand. We're an active couple, doing lots of outdoor sports and wouldn't go without it as part of our regimen of supplements. So glad it's available at Walmart. Delivery was a snap.

I only get cold sores occasionally I used these but since I don't get them very often i'm not sure if they made a difference. They are bigger than I expected and I did have a difficult time swallowing 2. I will not being taking them routinely but this is a great product to have on hand when I do start to feel one come on.

Taking this I felt a little healthier, it seems faster healing for the cold sore. They don't upset stomach. They also prevent new cold sores from happening.

I started taking this to avoid painful canker sores. I hope this helps. Added vitamins is something good to look for in a supplement. It would be about $10 a month. Which is affordable.

I don't get cold sores usually, but it had all the basic major vitamins in it. So I have been taking them daily as an immune support to prevent cold. It's great that ingredients are mostly combined in one pill so I take those along with magnesium. I feel good to know this can be a preventative solution.

I bought this and honestly it just didnt work. It also had a very bad chemical smell that also once I was taking it, came out through my skin. Enough so that my hubby begged me to stop taking it. Due to I had covid at the time, I could not smell the yucky smell. Once I got better, I opened the bottle again and was appalled at the horrible chemical smell coming from it. DO nOT waste your money on this junk.
