Cold Sore Shield Daily Supplement with L-Lysine, Zinc, Selenium - 60 Capsules

I get horrible fever blisters year 'round without Lysine. These capsules aren't too difficult to swallow. They don't seem to upset my stomach at all or have any aftertaste. So far they seem to be working well to prevent my cold sores from returning and to heal the ones I had before I started taking this supplement.

This is a great supplement option for those of us who suffer with cold sores. There doesn't seem to be any bad ingredients and anything to help from getting the fever blisters is great.

These actually work.. I take a few of these on the day that I get a cold sore (I always notice them too late, I don't get the pre-tingling phase before it's there on my lip) %26 I swear to you it never progresses %26 is gone in 3 days tops. I don't know what it so special about these but I am going to keep buying them because they literally work perfectly for me.

arrived as expected- alittle on the costly side but has the components that should benefit with the prevention of outbreaks

It's really hard to know of it's helping, because it's impossible to know if i had fewer than normal cold sores since I've been taking it. But i did get through a very difficult and stressful time using this and other treatments that kept them at bay!

for the price, you can buy the listed vitamins separate and make it last a lot longer.not sure if they work or not but figured id try them out. they smell awful too, but I don't know if id recommend or not yet.

It's too soon to evaluate this product since it is for the stopping of cold sores. I haven't been around sun and water (my body's triggers). I was encouraged to see the ingredients are the same as my prescription to end the spreading of this virus.
