It works great for pain relief while waiting for surgery and I know it will aid in the recovery after surgery.

Works as advertised.

Cold therapy (Mini). Unit pumps very well and is very quiet. the Mini cooler is small and fits most any area. I use frozen water bottles that are 16.9 oz standard size. These are as large as the cooler portion will accept, and they are almost too big for it. I will add in some ice to precool and then add two frozen bottles for a very cold session. Frozen bottles and ice cold water last about 4 hours in this unit.

Set it up to use after surgery.. It was difficult to connect the hoses to the cooling pad. It has tiny rubber washers in the fitting that stretched from trying to make a connection .. so water leaked all over. I have other things to worry about , rather than fighting with a leaking hose. Might be a great machine. … I don't know .. I returned it.

I never received the cord to the outlet to the unit and idk how to get this figured out to get to me

I received the product and missing parts the one you could not connect to the pump .very disappointed !!
