It has been wonderful for my knee replacement surgery. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to ice a joint such as a knee. I’ve been using it 30 minutes off and 30 minutes on. We froze several water bottles and used them for ice. We only have to change them out twice a day. Once in the morning then once in the evening. They kept it really good and cold

I’m a Walmart associate,I had knee replacement surgery last week. This little machine has help with my recovery it helps with the swelling and pain. You can use ice or frozen water bottles or both which helps on cost.

My Mom hesitated to get this after knee replacement surgery and wish she’d had it from the beginning instead of waiting and schlepping ice packs. What a great machine! It’s practically silent %26 the set up is easy.

Worked great after knee replacement. Kept ice cold for a good amount of time. Easy to work/understand functions and instructions Issue- Where Velcro is attached to pad stitches started to detach. Would be major issue later on because you wouldn’t be able to strap around leg or wherever needed. Could be a isolated issue but we returned early because of issue.

It works great… a couple things that might make it better is a longer pad or one that goes around the leg more and more padding or cushioning where the pad and the hose meet.

The item works as described. The timer is a bit tricky and could be easier. It really helped me after knee surgery.

I really like the machine overall; it gives a steady burst of cold that you can really feel. My issue is with the water hose itself. The bottom of the hose that connects to the knee wrap digs into my leg and is very painful, and the actual knee wrap is uncomfortable.

we never received our delivery! the shipping company says they delivered it and included a conveniently blurry photo however it is nowhere to be found and our neighbors do not have it.

Loved the ice machine after having knee replacement surgery. The sad part is after 2 weeks it quit working.

We were really excited about product however the pump didn’t work and we had to return it. We really needed it post surgery so it was a huge disappointment.
