Coleman Chiller 9-Quart Portable Hard Cooler

I picked this up because I wanted something simple to throw drinks and snacks into, and it's been great so far. It's lightweight, easy to carry, and doesn't take up much space in my car. It keeps everything cold longer than I expected, especially with an ice pack. Honestly, it's one of those things you don't think you'll use much, but I've already found myself bringing it along to work, trips, you name it. Definitely happy with the purchase.

Great little cooler for snacks in the car, or out on the patio.

This is exactly the size of cooler I was looking for and I love it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I don't love the hinge. After you use the cooler and have to dry it out, the lid doesn't stay open so I have to put something under the lid to keep it open. I have other Coleman coolers that stay open until you close them and I prefer that hinge more.

This is a perfectly normal cooler. The internal dimensions are tall and not wide enough for a lot of our Pyrex food containers - at the bottom it is 6” front to back starting at about 7 1/2” from the top of the cooler stepping down. Internal dimensions would be a more important factor to include in the description - this one is 9 1/2” wide inside at the thinnest point and 9” depth. It's a good shape for drink containers and bottles. I was disappointed that it's not stamped ‘made in the USA' on the outside as depicted as well since that is something they should be proud of at Coleman. All of that being said it's a well functioning cooler, the dark blue is a great color, the lid fits tight, and the handle has a more rounded edge grip which is comfortable to carry.

Could be more insulating, Igloo's equivalent 28quart cooler, is more insulating. Beware the inside of this cooler is pitch black, why very hard to see items inside, in the dim light, of the back of a car.

This is the third one I've purchased over the years but this is the first one that didn't include the plastic shelf. Maybe it accidentally got left out.

Love the cooler! Perfect size for a fishing trip! A bit difficult to open at times or I would have given it a perfect score.

Cooler Okay, previously bought one close to this years ago. It was grey and orange on the inside. Can’t find it anymore. That was the best cooler I’ve ever owned. Bought this one because it was closest to my previous one. This one doesn’t hold cold as good as my old gray and orange one. But for now it will do. Colman, please bring back the gray and orange cooler!!
