These collagen peptide supplements seem to show the most improvement for my skin. I've tried other more expensive brands but never noticed much impact. After 3 months use of this brand, my skin looked firmer and wrinkles less prominent. The price is reasonable too. My only complaint are the pills. They're large and 6 pills are required per day. I take 3 in the morning and 3 before bedtime. Important to follow the directions too. Should be taken on an empty stomach half hour before a meal for best results.
I've always used collagen powder and it gets messy. Have always tried to think of easier way to handle for morning coffee. Well this is it. I for some reason can even feel the difference. I take l-theanine with coffee (from green tea) and all gets calmer quicker.
I like these because I can't taste them and they work so well. I have tried others that taste bad and don't even do what they advertise. These are a great price for a great product.
These are easy to take and they really do work, I've noticed a difference in my skin. After some research I landed on this dosage of 6000mg for the best results for most people.
I used to take two tablets of my old strength pill - this strength is 6000 so I need only one tablet per day. One bottle has a year's supply of pills.
you can see immediate results the next morning my skin is more moist and tight I really am going to vouch for this product
good size, good price an quality
I have used these for quite a while and see the differnce.
taste weird. but works great.
I can't really tell anything about these yet. I've been taking for several months and don't really notice any changes in my body. I need to do more research since similar products supply additional supplements. Not sure and it's frustrating cause you don't know if you should take them or not.
