These collagen peptide supplements seem to show the most improvement for my skin. I've tried other more expensive brands but never noticed much impact. After 3 months use of this brand, my skin looked firmer and wrinkles less prominent. The price is reasonable too. My only complaint are the pills. They're large and 6 pills are required per day. I can't really tell anything about these yet. I've been taking for several months and don't really notice any changes in my body. I need to do more research since similar products supply additional supplements. Not sure and it's frustrating cause you don't know if you should take them or not.
