You will sweat
I like these belly burners. I wear mine at work or if I'm working outdoors. They do seem to help keep my belly in shape. I'm 61yo. My metabolism isn't the same as it was in my 20s-30s. You can wear it to bed if you want. It is fairly comfortable. I wear mine over an undershirt and after just two hours my shirt around my mid section is covered in sweat. This is a nice wide belt and covers a lot of area. I'm very pleased with this item and when it wears out I'll buy another one. SgtWall USMC

It works quite well. I need to know how to keep it clean and odor free. It is rather smelly after a prolonged use.

Instructions would be helpful!!!!
My cat is having fun going inside and out of this. UNFORTUNATELY, it was delivered in a box with ZERO instructions on assembly. No inserts at all! We have still not been able to properly assemble it. I would not feel comfortable transporting my cat it in until I can determine how to accurately assemble it!
