I get on this apparatus two or three times a day. it has helped to drain my sinuses. I feel better after I have been on it for a session. read the instructions carefully because they are important. follow the instructions and I think you will have a very positive outcome like I have.

I don't have any experience with a vibration plate. I had only read about them and seen the one that my friend has. I appreciate the instruction book and I find that the vibration plate is easy to use. Everything was packaged well and it seems to be made quite well. I registered the product and I am glad there is a 2-year warranty. Since it is a new thing for me, I went with a manual setting and the lowest vibration starting point. It made my legs feel good. I plan to practice with it until I can use some of the more advanced settings. I think it will have a good health benefit for me. I wear a size EU42 shoe and I glad that the Lifepro vibration plate is large enough to accommodate my shoes.

I reviewed quite a few other brands of vibration plates and I am very pleased with Lifepro. The price, size and durability as well as the ease of use meets all standards of what I wanted in a vibration plate. The only issue I am having is with the remote not changing to a manual program. It could be operator error?? I’m not patient enough. Overall I am very happy with my decision to purchase the Lifepro HexaPlate.

I bought this vibration plate a year ago but I wasn't sure how to use it correctly..I got that same one and I did a lot of research and found the perfect routine ... I am very pleased...

Beats all my expectations. Fabulous product. Abolished pain in legs and hips from sciatica. Helped sprained ankle heal. Body alignment better. Sleep,stand walking without pain.only have used 3 days. Will use it everyday. Right size,I weigh 160 lbs. Recommend buying larger plate if you weigh over 200 lbs. Wow,wow,wow!!!!

so far working well and easy to use, especially the remote! Purchased to help strengthen and relax my muscles. it seems to work well on my lower body eases my tighten and stressed lower body muscles! I definitely feel good after i use it! I'm starting low enhancing it every week, I'll try to get back after my 1st month of use!

i just started using this, but so far, I have liked it. There are levels and features i haven't tried yet, as I'm slowly working up to them, but I'll get there. I'm losing weight every day I use it, so daily is the plan.

This is almost too small. You have to be careful that you don’t put your weight back too far, or you tip it. I wish I would have gotten the full size version.

The unit bounces across the fllor when turn to a 5/99 or more setting. The up and down vibration is too strong. Not very suitable for over 65 population. The add at Walmart website states that it is a 300 watt unit when it is only a 200 watt unit(false advertising). There fore we are returning this item. WE will attempt to purchase a different model.
