I have been using this product for now about 20 years very good product I started using it when I lived and a projects it's a great item it does exactly what it says highly recommended for anyone that lives in the area when you're not in control for your neighbor's habits this is the perfect item you don't have to worry about your children or your pets just stick them around the rooms from the attic to the basement really great all of my family members use them in their homes I now live in a 3 family house young people love to leave food sitting on a table it's the best thing you don't have to worry about any Critters waking up crawling on your tables and your bathroom at night especially when it gets cold they start coming in from other people's home I have bad neighbors but I don't have to worry about any roaches and that's been for 20 years now thank you so much for this product

I didn't like that I ordered one thing and was sent something else. what I did like was that Walmart returned my money back for this purchase.

Does not last 12 months as it says on the box; it only lasts a month or two, and then all the cockroaches that laid eggs come back.

I'm trying to talk to a representative, and this program makes it impossible for an elder to do that! I can't even get as far as chat before it wants to thank me and let me go! is somebody does read this I need to talk to somebody regarding an order that was wrong. I wrote down my problem but got no response and no resolution. what do you do to try to talk to somebody at Walmart?

Never received it

They did a switch bait with me. They sent (2) 12 pack regular Combat Max Roach killing Bait. Now inconveniencing me to return it to the store costing me time, gas and money.? Am very dissatisfied with this order.
