hot and cold pack
I've only used it for a cold compress thus far. it is very easy to use and you can adjust the straps a multitude of positions for it to work on different parts of your body! I love it and have it on as I'm writing this review

Nice option for knee pain relief!
I have bad arthritis in my knee and I'm waiting on a knee surgery. I used this ice wrap last night for the first time and loved it! It really helped my knee feel better and gave me some relief.

gel pack thickness wasn't what i was expecting. It's not very thick so it cools down faster than I would like.

The cold lasts for 15 minutes then you have to put it back in the freezer
