EQUATE COLD THERAPYPAIN RELIEVING SPRAY
The Equate Cold Therapy works just as well as the Biofreeze. I use it for my arthritis on my shoulder and knees, and it relieves the pain quickly and lasts for hours. I will stick to Equate from now on!

Good stuff
I was hesitant about getting the offbrand, but this works really well. Especially if someone recovering from surgery who can't do a lot of moving. The spray is much more convenient than the gel

Good Second-Choice Product
I bought this as a second-choice since my TIDL lidocaine/menthol spray is back-ordered. This product cools for a short period of time, but it is not strong enough to help with the pain I have.

Not what I was hoping for
It is essentially a spray on icy hot and did't work that well. Had a stong smell to it (similar to icy hot). Wouldn't buy again.
