I have a neuralgia from getting shingles and it is in my side, hip, and back. I've been using individual cold packs but they shift and the gel inside will all run to one end. I like the fact that this has divided gel areas so the gel will stay more uniform.

I purchased this for my mother when she had a total hip replacement surgery. She loved it and said it helped so much with pain and swelling. It was easy for her to use. She had the surgery about three months ago and said she still uses it on days when she has pain or any swelling. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is going to have hip replacement surgery.

I was able to use one part for my thigh with the strap. The one that fits around my waist fits fairly good, and I felt almost incident relief with my broken hip. You have to really look for the size to make sure it's a right fit for you. Luckily it was a small, but I wasn't able to really find that easily. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I have had 2 hip surgeries and putting the ice packs on were always falling off or getting in the way. Surgery 3 was total hip again and I bout these ice packs and its night and day. You velcro it and it stayes in place. You can walk around easy..

Man I used this for a few night for a pinch nerve in my hip. Can't believe the difference it made.. I just had to share it when my elderly neighbor who has some of the same challenges as I. Her Comment Man we need a few more of these ice packs in our lives.. I don't have the heart to ask for it back! So I'm ordering another one. Thank you!!!

Purchased this for my husbands hip which works fantastic. But he ended up having a total knee replacement last week it was unexpected and using this around his knee. It's a life saver works great!!!!

You will need some help putting it on if you're going to be up walking. But just to slide it underneath your hip that's just awesome so you're getting the cold from the bottom and inside at the same time best investment I made.

I recently had a total hip replacement. This was the best thing for my hip after the surgery. This ice pack for the hip is the best thing. It really really helps if anybody is gonna have hip surgery. You need one of these.

It definitely fits a larger person around the hip/thigh. The only thing I found to be a disadvantage is the amount of time it stays cold, Got it for hip replacement surgery %26 would like it to stay colder longer.

I have ordered this thing twice. They keep sending me a small when I ordered a large. I ordered it online but I have to return it to a Walmart. I'm not trying a third time to get the wrong size. I will have to take this second back and order the right size from somewhere else.
