Exactly what I was looking for. Had hamstring surgery and it covers all the way around from the incision to my hip. Fits comfortably and stays cold.

Comfortable, stays very cold for at least thirty minutes and refreezes within an an hour if you put it in the freezer right after you've used it for about 20 minutes. The belt helps to wrap it around my back and keep it in place and it's got good coverage over the hip or if I just wanna lay it across my back.

This was the perfect ice patch for my hip. I've been trying to find one to help with my hip pain for a long time and one that was not expensive. You can be mobile while wearing it which is a plus.

I had hip replacement surgery and this was awesome. Most people tell you to keep ice on it which meant using bags of water and ice. After my first bag “exploded” I found this on-line and it worked so very well. Totally worth the cost!

I have a neuralgia from getting shingles and it is in my side, hip, and back. I've been using individual cold packs but they shift and the gel inside will all run to one end. I like the fact that this has divided gel areas so the gel will stay more uniform.

purchased for hamstring surgery. the thigh strap is at an awkward spot and stiff. the item has to be worn low on the waist to fit properly. the top is a soft material. the straps should have been longer and more adjustable.

You cannot stand up and walk around with this. It slips. But if you lay down you can get it where you want it. The straps seemed to stretch out more and more so that it was even more difficult to wear.

I received this item with no instruction about the use and the guidelines for freezing it properly. Those essential documents should have been included for a MEDICAL product. I have emailed the [email protected] to request those documents. The "help" only confirmed the product code, and ignored my request for documents.

Unfortunately, it is too big and way too heavy for a female my size It added more pain to the excruciating sciatica I already had Perhaps better for a male than a female
