Took a little too long to get it the item from shipping
The pad never heated nor vibrated
Heating pad only warm-1 level, med and high do NOT work
This item is supposed to operate cordless. The description never said anything about needing to purchase a separate battery pack. It is also supposed to vibrate. But there is no mention of how to make that happen in the totally inadequate directions.
Garbage. Lights up but does not heat up....at all. Had 6 five star reviews but when you click them there aren't any, just the 2 bad reviews. How does that happen? If you don't click on reviews you'd think it was a 4.5 star item like I did. Don't waste your money.
The product stated in specs, etc it came with the battery.... it did NOT. I've also written to the person selling and I've heard NO RESPONSE at all. Walmart did forward the email request, fyi, to seller. I have not tried yet, was waiting for the battery I ordered.
Does not come with power supply, must by separately. Did not find any mention of this with original description when purchasing.
I tried this it didn't work for me the cost was great just didn't help
This does not work and it's the stupidest item I've ever ordered. I need return instructions.
Did not have all the parts
