These look so pretty in the rubbed bronze and I use them to hang and organize handbags, etc., in my closet. I also use them on the cabinet doors in my bathroom. They hold up to 5 lbs. each, which is quite useful. One of my friends uses them to hang thermal drapes with grommets and says they work great for that too.

Well I decided to change my kitchen curtains which required a new rod and therefore new hooks to hold it. We have faux brick on the wall and therefore new hooks Command strips were the only choice. I had gotten a great deal on the 34”curtains at $14 from a Walmart competitor. Here lies the rub. The curtain rod that fit the area and matched my kitchen was approximately $40 but here's my complaint. The Command hooks to fit the rod and matched were $20 EACH!!!! HOLY COW!! You'd have thought they were made of gold. My little kitchen window upgrade ended up costing me roughly $100. Don't tell my husband, he would freak! Why the high cost for the Command hooks? Can anyone tell? I'm interested to know.
