I know I'm not supposed to, but I watch movies on my phone when I'm in bed. I like to lay on my side and prop it up against a pillow or something. But it doesn't really work out that well. My phone doesn't want to stay in place. It slips and slides and I have to lay perfectly still and not move. But eventually it starts slipping anyway, then I can't get it to stay put no matter what I do. So I ordered these jar grippers and oh my goodness, what a game changer! I just lay down one of these pads, then I can prop up my phone and it stays in place without any trouble whatsoever! I wish I would have been smart enough to do this years ago! These grippers also work incredibly well for opening jars. I have short fingers that makes it very difficult to open a wide mouth lid. Using these pads, makes it so easy to open them now. So, a great purchase all the way around!

These are great for opening jars, especially for seniors. I bought a set years ago, not sure the brand of that set, but they lasted for years. I can't wait to see how long these last.

Arthritis makes opening jars, bottles and using can openers difficult. These help my hands and fingers from slipping. They are cheaper than other jar openers and work just as well, if not better. I can also use for a coaster under my ice tea glass. To keep anything from sliding, these are good grippers. Use under kid's plates or pet bowls to keep them from sliding. Easy to wipe clean. Use under plant pots to keep from scratching and sliding on furniture too.
