This is practically the exact same as what is being sold by Vol00m for 3xs the price!! The only difference I see is one side is stationary on this item, which is totally fine. It gives the same looking results you see with the Vol00m as well. Don't waste your money on that. Get this product! Really, Conair is a trusted name too. Heats up quickly and has 3 settings, works fantastic.

I absolutely love this hot iron. I was looking for something to lift my roots, I did not want to use too many products since it hurts my roots and dries out my scalp. I saw valoom's hair volumizing iron which is like too expensive and I wasn't sure to spend that kind of money without knowing how well it will work on my hair. I came across this similar iron by Conair. I have Conai's flat iron and blow dryer which I like. So I decided to give it a shot. And moreover this is like almost 10 times cheaper than the valoom one. And SHUT UP!!!! this gave me an immediate volume at roots. My hair looked so much bouncy and I love my hair doesn't feel heavy since I did not have to use many products other than heat protectant and frizz serum. Amazing tool, I highly recommend this iron to anyone who is looking for root lift. I suggest to look at youtube tutorials before using it, because there is a specific way to use it in order to acheieve that clean, sleek yet bouncy hair.

To turn it on you need to hold the power button down for a fex seconds - was worried for a moment it was broken. This iron is a excellent dupe for a ridicously more expensive version of this tool. It is very easy to use and it ACTUALLY creates volume and that REALLY does last. So grateful for this affordable option from Conair! They have always been a trusted brand for hair tools for me.

I saw the original on TikTok and needed it in my hair tool collection - but that price! This piece was over half the price and I feel gives almost identical results. It's small, heats up quickly, and I like the locking feature. I do wish it got hotter, but if you just go under the same spot a few times it will hold its results.

I purchased this iron and it did not work. I plugged it in (using different outlets to make sure it wasn't an outlet issue) and nothing. It would not turn on or heat up. I returned it and ordered another and have the same issue. I cannot find this item anywhere else (including Conair's website) so I am assuming it is defective and taken off of the market. Too bad, because I was looking forward to trying it and the competitor's iron is over $100.
