Connoisseurs All-Purpose Jewelry Cleaning Kit with Cleaner Solution and Polishing Cloths

I used this to clean tarnished Sterling Silver and a few 14k gold pieces of old jewelry. The liquid cleaner and brush worked good and the cloths took off tons of tarnish. Very happy with how clean and polished everything came out.

I needed to replace my old cleaner (same brand). I purchased one for myself and one as a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law. As it turns out, she was out of cleaner too. I have always used Connoisseurs, solution and cloths, as it is safe and quick. I have never used the solution on gemstones, opals, or pearls but can attest to diamonds, gold, silver, and brass. Brass definitely needs a followup treatment with the cloth to produce a longer lasting shine.

This product is easy to use. I only use this product on my silver jewelry, I only wear silver jewelry. The brush is easy to reach delicate areas, perhaps around diamonds. The supplied polish cloth makes my jewelry shine so beautifully. Taking the seal off the jar can be a little tricky to do, but once passed that the jewelry basket is easy to use. Love this jewelry cleaning product.

The actual product packaging that held the jewlery cleaner had been tampered with. The tape that kept the packaging closed was pulled off and stuck on the side of it. The two polishing cloths that were included in the kit were missing. I don't appreciate the fact that the person that filled the order didn't notice or care that the package was tampered with ang that the polishing cloths were gone. I noticed it as soon as I opened the shipping package!! Now I'm not sure that I will order anything from Walmart again. Your employees need to do better than that.

my silver was black it hadn't been done in so long. will take more dippings to bring back to full shine potential thank you

Didn't work as good as the one for silver and the one for gold. Thought I would get both in one but I think the other two work better. I did get two polishing cloths which was a bonus.

It's suppose to have a cloth for gold jewelry and another for silver. They sent two silver. Until I was done using the silver, and about to move onto the gold one, I then realized that both were/are silver. The silver cloth ripped easily during the poli.hing process, and trust me, I was gentle

This product was damaged when I received it due to the fact that it was packed and sent in the same box as my 3 bottles of Oxi-Clean Color Booster. The bottles were damaged to the point where nothing could be salvaged. The bottles leaked out onto my garage floor. I'm also getting a refund for all of the items in the box. Thank you for your quick response

This was supposed to be a KIT. I did not receive the cloths, only the solution was in the box. I needed the cloths to clean my silver earrings. Extremely disappointed in this purchase! I did not want to give it the one star.

what i dont like about walmart is this phone vercation is crazy wen you dont have a cell phone but a home phone how are you all going to say text us wen i am the one spending my money dont worry i took it all out didnot get anything no more from walmart you all just lost this cusmer thats it the problem.
