Read small print
Item works as is suppose to. No key which is fine but product makes it seem as if a key comes with. On the item in small writing it says it doesn't come with key and can be opened with a flathead screwdriver.

You get what you pay for. This lock is not a quick-set or schlage. Tine screws were very hard to line up and difficult to tighten.

I bought 2 prices both had mechanical issues. The locking mechanism is bad. I reached out to the seller for a replacement. He denied the request and told me to return them to the Walmart..
