Consumer Cellular Iris Easy Flip, Red

I have been with consumer cellular for 10 years. I purchased this phone thru walmart. It was ten dollar cheaper. Fast shipping got it the same day. This phone is great. Can't say enough about it. I had an iPhone for years but couldn't see spending $800 for a new phone. Just need it for phone calls, text. I got use to the k9 texting fast. Works great, just take getting use to. The battery is much longer than a smartphone. Haven't tried the camera yet. Very happy with my purchase.

It's my very first cell phone and I'll just have to see how I like it I need it to be simple so I hope this fliptop is easy if I Advance easily I may get upgrade on on a cell phone till then thanks a lot Walmart and Consumer Cellular they've been great too at the call centers

This phone has been an absolute blessing for our family. My mom is not tech-savvy at all, and while she had a smartphone, she never really learned how to use it. Instead, it just caused constant frustration, for her and for me, because it somehow got messed up every week, and I'd spend a full day trying to fix it and re-explain everything. I bought her this flip phone for Christmas, and we are both happier than I can even describe. She now has exactly what she actually wants and needs, calling, simple texting, and ease of use, without all the extra features that only confused her. It's straightforward, reliable, and stress-free. If you're shopping for someone who doesn't want or need a smartphone, this is an excellent choice and a huge quality-of-life improvement.

Easy to use for a senior. A nice large button face and the option to increase the font size on the screen is beneficial. My father loves the color also.

AWESOME if your a flip phone person like me you will love it. speaker is loud and clear very simple to use feels nice in hand not slippery Just wished I had switched to Consumer Cellular sooner Huge Saving.

The Iris flip phone was exactly what I was looking for, and Walmart made it super easy to order and get it delivered in just a few days. Couldn't be happier!

It starts out great when you want to make a cal. Nice good clean sound quality. That last about a minute, maybe 2, after that the sound goes down to almost a whisper!! you can't continue a phone call because you can't hear them. Just a waste of money

I buy this IRIS Easy phone to replace the Consumer Cellar (CC) Link II phone (battery problems). The IRIS Easy phone turned out to be a piece of junk, truly a throw in the trash phone. The message text editor in the Link II was at least usable. The IRIS Easy phone does not even have the basic text editor functions the CC Link II phone . It is hard to believe that CC even still advertises a flip phone. I gave it a one star rating because it does work like a voice phone only. The only thing good on IRIS Easy phone is the bigger screen, the remaining phone is junk. Buyer beware!

A metal piece sticking up and we are disabled and on a budget can't buy phones every time something is wrong the sim card I had sent to me from consumer Cellular got it in and it says no service when there is service now we got to buy another one just to have a phone cause I didn't think I would need insurance on a phone that should be brand new

Although I got it set up for an elderly mother, I'm overall disappointed that it was not user-friendly for someone like me with lots of experience with phones. Had to even look up a manual online for none comes with the phone. Granted, my mother will only be using it to make phone calls. I just wish it had been even easier to use as sales team said.
