Exactly what I needed to keep my foam mattress from falling through the slats. It is one piece, kind of accordion style so the box is long. Zero assembly required just put it on your frame and add mattress. My frame had horizontal slats so this purchase was vertical slats and it worked very well.

The only reason I ended up returning this item, is I realized after I ordered it that I needed a larger bedframe. Customer service was really helpful, but I ended up returning it in store once it was received.

I bought this to go under twin mattress on trundle bed. Perfect extra support for slat bed. Sturdy and appropriate size. Very easy to position under mattress. Pleased with purchase.

Bought this for our new farmhouse low profile metal bed. Love how the wood runs vertical rather than horizontal which gives it more substance across horizontal metal cross bars. Only thing the should have done is put something on the bottom to keep it from constantly slipping across the bars, a foam like material such as you would use under a rug to prevent slipping would be a big plus. This is a very good quality product and VERY happy with this purchase. It comes in two pieces and there is velcro at each end to hold them togeter. was so happy to get rid of our big old box springs...what a difference. :)

I used this product with the mattress I ordered from Walmart after the mattress kept deeping in the middle. This did not work well to hd up the mattress so I had to still purchase a box spring. I don't recommend l. Just get a box spring if you can because the price is comparable
