This is a great drone for the price! I'm new to flying these things but was able to stay in the air for almost all 18 minutes of flight time on my first attempt. Good drone for beginners and it comes with a few other features that I'm yet to try out but look pretty darn cool. Definitely recommend!
This is an excellent foldable drone with a lot of great features. I've flown it 3 times successfully since I got it. I highly recommend flying it outside so it can connect with GPS. During my first indoor test flight it seemed to crash into everything it could. Outside flight is extremely stable even in gusty winds. The report to home feature is excellent when you are afraid that you have lost control of this drone. I purchased a second F22 battery to extend my flying sessions. My only regret is not choosing the Contixo F24 drone over the F22. The F24 is supposed to have double the flying time and distance. Overall I think the F22 is an excellent starter drone with great stability and photo/video possibilities.
I am a beginner, and I find this drone to be an excellent choice to start. Drones should be fun. Check the FAA website for maps, and check local area restrictions to see if drone flying is legal before you purchase one. The Contixo F22 drone is not a toy. Use in an open area. Always CALIBRATE gyros and compass (GPS mode) on a LEVEL surface before flight. I did research, and compared to very similar items. I found the Contixo F22 was the best drone for the price when you add the case. The Contixo F22 is very portable. This is one of the best qualities of this drone. The case provides good portection and portability. I find it easy to control and fun to fly. I am still in early learning, and I am very happy that I purchased the Contixo F22. When I get more experience and time, I will be able to decide if I want to purchase a larger drone.
Great first time drone . It is not the easiest to figure out as a newbie but once you get the hang of it is a blast ! Make sure your phone is compatible and a wide open area. The picture and video quality is okay. The video was better than the pictures. I do feel they could have had a better q and a guide. I may add it to my YouTube channel. you will definitely want a couple extra batteries. will update as I get more experience with it
The drone is great. For the price it is, it's worth it. Comes with various flight options and is really easy to use. Flight time is only 18 minutes on a full charge but in my opinion, that's plenty of time to play around in the air. Camera quality could be a tad bit better but considering the market at the moment, it's to be expected. The design is sleek and it comes with a case to carry everything you need with it; Drone, two batteries for drone, remote, charger, spare propellers and a tool, and an instruction manual.
This drone is a great entry point for the beginner enthusiast. It has the features experienced operators will want while providing ample guidance for those who have never flown before. I still have much to learn, but if I had known how fun this hobby was, I would have joined the ranks years ago!
For the price it’s pretty much the best bang for the buck. Initial setup to get it flying is a little involved. Easy to fly though, can hold position in light winds. Controls are very easy and as long as your paying attention it’s almost impossible to crash.
This drone was supposed to come with two batteries . According to the company and Walmart. Spare batteries are 30.00 . So they can refund me 30.00 or send a battery. You're choice.
The drone was terrible the slightest breeze it would flip loose control. The remote was horrible to pilot with the camera quality terrible flip phone from the 90s nowhere near 4K nowhere near 720 nowhere near modern day age camera footage. Do not waste your money on this garbage. I'm sad. I had to waste my money on it, but I'm here to help you if you're looking for a good drone save the money get you a DJI. Those are some of the best drones top-of-the-line I didn't even get a chance to really enjoy it because every time I try to fly it living here in the Chicagoland area, a.k.a. the Windy City. It is kind of windy but not all the time. Sometimes it might be a 5 mph wind. Nothing that the drone shouldn't be able to fly in. It's not like I'm trying to fly it in 20 mph winds or nothing like that you know like I say the slightest winds this thing becomes uncontrollable the remote doesn't work my drone is crashing several trees because of this it's just a terrible drone. Don't waste your money save your $150. I wish I did.
This drone has a mind of its own. You'll be flying it and all of a sudden the controls are off and it starts drifting away. It acts as if the gyroscope is off but it happens in the middle of you flight. Camera view via WiFi on your phone is super choppy even 50 feet away (I'm using a Pixel 3a). Compared to the other drones I have flown, this one's handling is not the most crisp (when its not wild n out on you). This could be better for beginners as it wont be super jerky. BUT, if you need to make a quick move to avoid a crash, you may not be able to. All-in-all, for 130 bucks I think its worth it if it would fly right. I bought it because it has a lot of the "features" of better drones but at a much better price. Unfortunately, I will be returning this and looking for something else. There are a lot of positive reviews so, maybe I just got a bad drone.....who knows!
