the love the meter and extras they give you with it. It's honestly the best meter I have owned in 28 years, since I developed diabetes. The only thing I dislike about the purchase is the little thing they give u to poke ur finger. It's very difficult to remove and replace the needles. I can't get the head thing off and on again. It's a pain I think I will have to use my other little finger poker thing..it's easier.

I think Bayer prices the starter kits low so you will come back to buy supplies you'll need after the first 20 measurements. That's OK with me. I have no interest in owning a smart phone so I don't care about bluetooth or 'apps'. A PC is far better than any phone. I wanted to check for the cause of some new symptoms that could be the onset of diabetes. Not sure yet but now I can go to the doc with sample readings to review. Opening the kit was a bit confusing since there are four instruction manuals in total and they are made as tiny as possible. But I figured everything out and bob's your uncle. The product description does not tell us this device uses two 2032 coin cells, one reason it is so small. They are included. To actually get a nylon carry bag organizer included is amazing, no matter how light and cheap it is. Some info is missing, such as why the lancets are different colors - seems there is no reason and they are all the same. The lancet use was surprisingly pain free for me, a good design. They need to make one complete instruction manual for this kit. That's the only issue that is kind of a mess. The accuracy of this model is the best when compared to other similar kits. The device came to me with the correct date and time already programmed in! Much of the packaging can be recycled but not the lancets or sensors.

Well calibrated blood glucose meter. The Bluetooth feature requires an app(by Contour, not a third party) this is very useful for tracking blood glucose levels without having to reference your meter constantly. This meter uses ‘second chance’ testing strips that let you add more blood for testing without having to change strips and the accuracy is not compromised. This kit also includes a lancet device, plenty of Microlet lancets, twenty testing strips, and a nice zippered pouch. The only issue with this model is the price point for the testing strips

i’ve had this for several years now And I really, really, really like it I just wish it had the feature that the new one does That if you don’t have enough blood, you can put more blood on it And not waste your strip But oh well, maybe I need an upgrade, huh?

This is a user-friendly and easy to operate product. It perfectly gives me my glucose numbers and lets me know if it falls within an acceptable or other range. It is compact and easy to put in the zippered black case with the accessories. I would recommend this glucose monitor to you.

This product should be in great condition when you receive it. Nothing should be moving around in the box like it was tampered with. No one wants a glucose monitor that looks returned. That’s just unsanitary. Why would the bottom be torn open for any reason other than it’s a returned item?

I just bought this a few weeks ago, the first couple of days it worked good, then all of a sudden started showing an error message, now the little blood image that lets u know y can test, doesn't show up when I put testing strip in. I've tried everything to get this back working properly but it won't. A waste of my money.

The glucose monitor is no working. Is always showing error when i put in the reading stripe. even when it not has the blood.

Ordered 2. One of mine was opened in the store and someone took the case out. As usual, I get the obviously damaged item that can't be sold in the store delivered to me. Try to start a return and this item can't be returned. How convenient. This happens all the time and off you're buying something that can't be returned, you might want to do your shopping in-store so you can choose the one that isn't damaged.
