This is a superb griddle. Eggs slide off. Bacon cooks evenly. Extremely easy to clean. Exactly what I had hoped for. My old one was cheap and it showed.
Nice pan for the price. I bought it b/c my calphalon griddle was warped. It seems to be just as well made at that one for like 1/2 the price. Time will tell if it holds up.
I can not wait to see my daughter using it for me and my two grandchildren at cooking time when they all came back home.
Awesome griddle with stainless steel handle that stays cool while cooking definitely great quality and works. Superb on my gas stove.
It's not too big, but it's great to cook flour tortillas, corn tortillas or even pancakes…. And of course you can grill some vegetables as well…
