Excellent buy!!
This item was exactly what was disclosed in the advertisement..The cold compress is well made and easily accommodates the various areas of pain...I would recommend it to others

I like the support and it has helped my birsidis. However, when I put it in the freezer like it recommends, it forms 4 to 5 round ice balls. They are flat and about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. I find these painful if I sit or lay down. Is this normal?
