I’m honestly very happy with this chair. It’s super comfortable and looks just like the photos. The seat is nice and thick, and I can sit for hours without feeling sore. The back support is great, and the reclining feature with the footrest is a big plus — perfect for relaxing or taking a quick break. It feels sturdy and well made, and putting it together was easier than I expected. For the price, this chair is totally worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

The first time I ordered this parts were missing and I had to return for a replacement. The replacement had all the parts and the chair is high quality. The foot rest this the best part of the office chair. Leather is high quality. The pillow is good too. The seat cushion is a little think and I need a thicker cushion. So I ordered an extra cushion from another vendor. Overall I am pretty happy with this product.

It’s my first buying a chair this comfortable and with leg rest. I assembled it the first day it arrived, took me about 20 mins, super simple to set it up. The material is very comfy and seat has large space to cross my legs. The leg rest is the spotlight, I feel so much comfortable working now

I put this chair together myself and was honestly surprised by how closely the real thing matches the listing photos. Everything arrived well packed, and all the parts/screws were included. Assembly took some time (it’s a big chair with multiple cushions and pieces), but the instructions were straightforward and nothing felt flimsy during the build. After using it, the best part is the comfort and support. The seat is wide, the padding feels thick, and the back support makes a big difference when sitting for long hours. I like that it comes with multiple cushions (head/neck, lumbar, and side support) so you can sit back and still feel “held” in place instead of slouching. The footrest is also a nice bonus—great for quick breaks to stretch out. Overall, it feels like a “big and tall” style chair that’s made for longer sitting sessions. For the price, I’m happy with the quality and how comfortable it is.

The assembly was simple enough, but there were a few moments of second guessing on my part. Overall I would definitely purchase this again. It’s comfy, I like that you can adjust the recline, it looks nice and feels sturdy. My only issue is you have to manually pull out the footrest and flip it up yourself which is kind of weird if you’re in it already and if you aren’t in it yet you just have to spread your legs and fall into the seat to work around it. But had I known it was manual, I would give this 5 stars. I expected it to have a button so when it didn’t it was a slight let down which is the reason for four stars. But I’d recommend it to friends and I’d repurchase if I needed to so overall if you’re thinking about getting it, I’d say it’s a win.

I love the way that this chair looks. I use it in my home office and it is very comfortable. I assembled this chair alone and brought it up a flight of stairs in my home. If you are fairly strong you will not need two people to assemble the chair. The chair is fairly easy to assemble. My box came with all required tools and equipment. The instructions had very little text and was pretty much all images but the images are easy to follow. I do like the degree of incline and I use it every day as I am working. The height adjustment could be higher in my opinion but I like to sit high at my desk, but the recline is perfect! The foot rest is smaller than I would like and is not as easy to pull out for a full recline as I would like. If you are in a full reclined position with the footrest fully extended, I think the seating position might feel uncomfortable due to the size of the footrest. I am 5'8 so I like to use the footrest when in a recline position. I didn't like how the footrest did not smoothly pull out under the chair. That could be do to my installation but I feel as if it is a design flaw with the way the pilot holes are positioned. I have had this chair for almost 3 months and I find it to be very comfortable and can support my weight. The box says that it can withstand 400lbs but nowhere on the box or in the instruction manual does it ever provide the weight limit. I am 330lbs so if you weigh more be advised if you buy this chair. The lumbar pillow is an okay addition, but I would have rather liked a neck pillow. Overall, this chair is a good value for the money and the black color looks nice and will complement every room's decor. 4/5.

Well, it was easy to assemble and it looks great. The telescoping footrest is a bit more difficult to use than it should be. However, the biggest reason I give this chair a 2 out of 5 stars is that it is VERY hard on one's rear, and gets that way very, VERY quickly. Even with an extra seat cushion, your time sitting on his seat will still be no more than about 15 - 30 minutes before you start feeling it. A sensation that could only be described as having a fire get lit under both cheeks, and someone kicking you in the behind with steel toed boots. It honestly goes from uncomfortable to outright painful rather quickly.

When the chair was delivered I received a photo from the carrier and a rod was sticking out of the box with a huge hole. The hole was clearly not from the carrier but from the company who must not have wanted to package the chair in a bigger box, or did not want to reorganize the pieces so everything could fit properly. The backplate has rust all over it where the paint had chipped off, part of the seat is missing some leather, and there is a huge surface scratch on the foot rest.

the color and appearance are nice but the extra wide seat is not true at all . I am 6'5" and 325lbs i got a chair rated for 500lbs and my hips are narrow for a big guy and when i finished assembly i could barely fit and had to turn arm rests around

I ordered white and received brown. Not worth sending back and exhanging. I needed the chair today, not next week. I needed NOT to be inconvenienced with returning the chair fora n exchange. You'd think that for a company that is in the chair business, they'd be able to get the order correct the first time someone ordered the chair. It's like going to fast food for a burger, and getting a chicken sandwich. You're IN THE BUSINESS of selling chairs. Do better.
