I had returned a chair because it was not providing the lumbar support I was expecting. I got this one next and it satisfies all of my expectations! I have had ZERO back pain since using this chair. It’s super comfortable and adjustable. I’m 5’9 and the lumbar support is high enough and supportive enough compared to other chairs. Highly recommend

I really liked the product; before this I got two other chairs, but those ones are not that comfortable, and the price is very high. When one of my friends brought it and suggested I order it, I was really impressed with the product, and for such a price I will recommend it to many more people.

I absolutely loved the chair. In this price range, it was the most ergonomic and adjustable chair we could find. Back support is good, and adjustable armrests are really handy. The only thing was setting it up can be a bit time consuming if all you're using is the wrench that comes in the box, and the back side plastic cover (grey colored in the picture), that is used to cover the screws, is a bit loose. But other than that, fantastic experience, would recommend !

I have been sitting on this chair for about two months now since I bought it and all I can say is that I am in love with its sturdy material and ergonomic quality. I no longer have back problems and it has leveled up my study session. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I purchased the chair for my husband. He is a big guy and is not comfortable in most office chairs, he loves this chair. It was easy to build and took about a 1/2 hour.

It gets the job done, but it’s not that comfortable. The least comfortable part is the seat cushion, which has ridges in the fabric that are rough on your skin. I usually but a blanket on the chair to help with this. Also, a huge thing about the seat is you can feel the base of the chair popping through the cushion, like a large round bump. Pretty low quality.

The name ergonomic should not be in the name. The shoulder part leans so far back it is a joke! Your computer monitor would have to be mounted above eye level. I attached pictures and one shows a straight board to show you the significance of my review. It took my husband 45 min to assemble only to find the back is NOT adjustable and will require some sort of pillow in order to sit up straight. So very disappointed because returning would require disassembly, boxing, returning and what? Buy another one that is a rip off.

Scam. Watch for the fake sales. Sometimes it's listed as $399 but on sale for much cheaper. The original fair price is $120. Walmart is known for fake sales.
