I had returned a chair because it was not providing the lumbar support I was expecting. I got this one next and it satisfies all of my expectations! I have had ZERO back pain since using this chair. It’s super comfortable and adjustable. I’m 5’9 and the lumbar support is high enough and supportive enough compared to other chairs. Highly recommend

I absolutely loved the chair. In this price range, it was the most ergonomic and adjustable chair we could find. Back support is good, and adjustable armrests are really handy. The only thing was setting it up can be a bit time consuming if all you're using is the wrench that comes in the box, and the back side plastic cover (grey colored in the picture), that is used to cover the screws, is a bit loose. But other than that, fantastic experience, would recommend !

starting a new job fully remote I needed a desk chair with support to sit in all day. I do experience back pain so choosing a comfortable chair was important to me and felt difficult to achieve online. with varying reviews and some terrible return policies, I went with this chair due to the easy return (if necessary) and because it was on sale for almost half off, and was not cheap full price which tends to indicate quality. well I am so happy I made this decision because this is a great chair. Ive had it for a few months now and still love it - very comfortable and a nice looking chair in my opinion.

Excellent chair for the price! The adjustable backrest and lumbar support keep me comfortable during long work days. Assembly took some time but was straightforward with clear instructions - everything fit together smoothly. The padding is substantial and doesn't flatten out. Great ergonomic support without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for any computer users.

I really liked the product; before this I got two other chairs, but those ones are not that comfortable, and the price is very high. When one of my friends brought it and suggested I order it, I was really impressed with the product, and for such a price I will recommend it to many more people.

This is really a good chair, like the other review said its a hidden gem. my roommates try to steal it lol :)

It gets the job done, but it’s not that comfortable. The least comfortable part is the seat cushion, which has ridges in the fabric that are rough on your skin. I usually but a blanket on the chair to help with this. Also, a huge thing about the seat is you can feel the base of the chair popping through the cushion, like a large round bump. Pretty low quality.

The name ergonomic should not be in the name. The shoulder part leans so far back it is a joke! Your computer monitor would have to be mounted above eye level. I attached pictures and one shows a straight board to show you the significance of my review. It took my husband 45 min to assemble only to find the back is NOT adjustable and will require some sort of pillow in order to sit up straight. So very disappointed because returning would require disassembly, boxing, returning and what? Buy another one that is a rip off.
