I'm so happy I bought this item. You can tell it's doing its job when you put it on. Definitely wear a shirt when putting on. You can truly tell it as soon as you put it on. No lie great for older people like me or someone that slouches

Adjusting my posture
I spend a lot of time on my phone and running around behind my 2 under 2, I noticed how much pain I was in recently from poor posture! I wear it daily for a few hours I love that you can adjust the straps and I love that's it's black! I wear it during most daily chores and it's relieved me of pain! Start wearing for a few hours to allow your body to get used to it! Take off and try and keep your back straight remember this is correct your posture so don't give up! Adjust the straps so it doesn't cause to much pain and work your way to wearing it longer with all things like this is takes time to get adjusted to

I have a small to medium build so it fits great with plenty of adjustment room. It's pulling my shoulders back and fits under my clothes comfortably so it's not really noticeable

I am having posture issues as a side effect of my cancer treatment. I have seen these for a while now and figured there is no way that it would help. But lo and behold it really does!! I recommend this to anyone suffering with posture issues.

It hurts around under my arm, when you tighten it up it hurts your arm pits well it hurts mine and it makes my arms feel like they are behind me when. I tighten it up…

Not for everyone.
Regular people: It kept slipping. It did not want to stay where I placed it on my back. Hyper mobile people (level depending obviously): This is not for us. Even when it sat in the right place before I moved it was not right for our necks. It caused mine to want to feel less stable than usual. The quality of the item was fine and it was absolutely adjustable. It's just not a one size fits all people type thing.

Nice but too small
Alpparently I'm not included in the "one size fits most". Even adjusted as large as it will go, it is too small for me, and bunches up at the back of my neck.

Not a good fit
Not a good rating, simply because it didn't fit well on me. 6-1, 200 lbs. I requested a return but they responded "Keep it", and credited my acct.
