Great product
Received as promised and the quality is wonderful. I love that it has a special zip lock bag to use when putting in the freezer. Stays cold for a long time and has helped me to walk again.

10 minutes of cold therapy
In the freezer over night. So cold when I put it on I was afraid of freezer burn on my skin. It stayed cold for about 10 minutes . Not worth it.
