They stayed in place and provided no leak protection. I'm extremely excited to finally have a product that is free of harmful chemicals that actually protects. Definitely recommend the switch for both the product and the cause.

Love the idea of natural materials. It doesn't stay in place, so absorbency and protection is an issue if you need it. Scrunches up regularly. Maybe it could have stronger adhesive closer to the outer edges of pad.

You can definately count on them where leaks are concerned. No leaks at all. They are also very gentle on the skin. The only thing that I didnt like was that I didnt think they were comfortable.
