At first, I wasn't sure whether this mouth guard would feel bulky or uncomfortable, but it turned out way better than expected. The molding took just a minute, and it adapted perfectly to the shape of my mouth. It stayed in place all night and felt so natural that I forgot it was in.

My husband has an athletic build, doesn't eat poorly and is very fit. He still struggled with high blood pressure and we figured it might be due to stress on the heart from snoring. We purchased this device and the difference in his blood pressure was almost instant. He sleeps better, feels better and doesn't struggle with blood pressure issues like he used to. No more snoring or holding his breath in his sleep.

The anti-snoring mouthpiece was extremely easy to fit. You just have to remember to put your bottom jaw forward when you are molding the device. It is easy to clean. I think it will do the job, and the cost was half price.

It could've been my error, but when trying to fit it using their directions, it set too fast before I was able to get a correct mold and became unusable as it was a mold of gunk instead of my teeth. I followed directions exactly so I'm not sure why it didn't work but I couldn't use this item after that happened.

Product doesn't completely prevent snoring, but greatly reduces it and helps to achieve a more restful sleep.

Unfortunately there are a lot of restrictions to use the product. No dental work - not sure how many do t have some kind of dental work . Was told I needed one - but now faced with a product is unusable due to those multiple restrictions

I am not impressed. I did use the instructions to mold it to my mouth. It molded badly and I couldn't get it to change so I ended up tossing it.

Melted in hot water and couldn't unfold top to do a correct fit. Tried to redo but it ended up splitting.

If you really put this in boiled water for 2 minutes as the instructions say it turns into a melted piece of goo.
