bought this twice now. find it easy to set up and comfortable to use. no issues with it falling apart like some I've used.

Satisfied Gets a little uncomfortable sometimes. Feels like it's a little too large. But I do sleep better.

This is the first time I've used one of these devices. They are bulky, meaning that I cannot completely close my mouth when I'm sleeping. It does help with breathing, but my mouth is very dry in the morning. Even using it at the minimum setting, it puts pressure on my teeth (this is at least partly due to my overbite). Since it shifts the lower jaw forward, it changes my bite for a while at least but I don't use this everyday.

not worth the money didn't even come with proper instructions on how to mold and fit the device was not supposed to have to boil it but when it came you had to boil it had to look up instructions online because the box did not come with proper instructions was fast and delivery but what is the point of a product if it doesn't work my husband still snores and good luck calling anyone no one answers nor do they reply to emails just know not to order this product again

I wrote the company that sent it to me but 48 hrs later have not received an answer. I want a return shipping label because it cannot be used in this condition. A curtesy answer is expected

Didn't work anything as advertised it was uncomfortable. The fit didn't stand in place. It would hold your mouth halfway open. It was not a good time.

The setup process was fairly straight forward, the instructions just had how to customize the top portion - but I assumed the bottom portion was done the same way. That's not why I gave it 1 star. I give 1 star because this is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever put in my mouth! I've had bruxism nightguards and a post-braces retainer before, so this is not new to me. But this particular device is so large that I can't close my lips - leaving my lips and the inside of my mouth super dry. It also makes my front teeth super sore. I had it set on the "5" setting and it protruded my jaw just the tiniest bit. However, I could never determine if it helped with snoring or not because I was ripping that thing out of my mouth after an hour of desperately trying to sleep through the torture. I literally could not go to sleep with that thing in my mouth. Awful product that I will be returning. And for curiosity sake, I adjusted it to the "10" position just to see what it was like and my jaw literally could not match it without incredible pain - like trying to force my jaw to dislocate. So....no thanks. I'll just snore away and sleep comfortable. Until something else comes along that looks reasonable.

we have not tried this yet. it came in the mail broken. the case that you would put the mouthpiece in is shattered. I'll follow up with another review if we choose to use it.
