What can I say but finally found something that works for my loud wind tunnel lip flapping breathing. Pulls the lower jaw forward just enough with the custom size separators, although wish they came with multiple of each number or option to purchase replacements. Suggest when molding, give your teeth a bit of space front and behind, breathing room or its a pretty tight fit. Took just a couple nights to figure out the right hinge size without any actual jaw soreness and i can drink with it in too. Highly recommend but do wish the point price was a bit lower.

Works great, as well as my previous device from the dentist that cost almost ten times as much. The fitting instructions and forming holder are easy to use resulting in a perfect fit in my mouth. Been using it for several months and it is holding up very well.

I'm a hygienist- I will recommend this to patients who are unable to pay insurance prices for custom guards. This material is excellent and I did notice a difference after using It a couple times. I have mild sleep apnea which is why I purchased.

My husband has been on a CPAP but it was uncomfortable so he thought he'd check into this option. It works great! No more snoring! We both sleep better!

I had a device from my dentist office that cost well over a thousand dollars. It broke and I became determined to find an inexpensive alternative. I ordered this product, it was very easy to mold to my teeth, and the fit was great! It does the job it's meant to do by moving the jaw forward to prevent my apnea episodes. They offer different size expansion bars. The only downside side is that it is very bulky (I would compare to a sports mouth guard) but still very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this product. It has saved me from having to purchase another device from my dentist.

I really wanted to like this thing. I spent a lot of time boiling and getting the mouth pieces just right so that they were comfortable on my teeth. I tried all the spacer combos to get it just right. however, I cannot get over struggling to fall asleep and waking up in an immediate because your jaw feels like it was kicked by a mule in your sleep and when you try to move it, you can't and then start gagging. your jaw will be sore until you go to sleep again at night. rinse and repeat. My wife did report that I did not snore.. but I could not handle how terrible of an experience it was.

Save yourself some time and money. The trays are so shallow that they don't stay in place in your mouth. I had high hopes but turned out to be a total waste! Do not buy!!

It hurt my mouth no matter which pieces I tried with it. The wedges to hold the attachments rubbed my mouth. It didn't affect my breathing while I slept that I could tell because it never seemed to fit right no matter which pieces I wore with it

Very uncomfortable. Left my teeth sore and sensitive for days afterwards. I tried refitting twice after the initial time. Horrible experience.

Did not work—did not mold correctly. We followed instructions and got a secure fit on the top but the bottom did not mold on well and would not stay secure so we could not even try it. Money down the drain.
