I was having trouble breathing while I slept. I bought these and they do not go on top of your nose...they are inserted up inside your nose to pry the nostrils apart so you can breathe better. This type is great to use if you need and want ti breathe through your nose and not your mouth while you sleep. Try them!

It feels uncomfortable at first but it totally works. I could clearly feel the airways in my nose open up when I first used it. It wasn't sticky, very easy to place and I gave a really small nose. The only down side is, it has an expiration date. I'm purchasing another as we speak.

I showed this to my ENT docter and N.P. They have never heard of this device and they absolutely love it.

Absolute scam. Do not buy. Give up on basic humanity, buy the breathe right strips or offbrands. This will never replace breathe right strips, you will die in your sleep attempting this compared to the admittedly more expensive disposable strips. This is the worst product I've ever attempted to use.
