SnoreMD Adjustable Anti-Snoring Aid for Restful Sleep

I was very doubtful that a mouth guard would stop my snoring, but oh my goodness. It really works. I will not say it's comfortable, but it's so worth it to sleep at night without snoring. I feel so much better in the morning. My brain fog is gone. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely worth the money. If you grind your teeth in your sleep like I do it has a tendency to adjust, but I just leave it in the zero position and it helps with the snoring enough to keep my wife happy.

My wife is a snorer. I have insomnia. I'm sure you can put two and two together. This thing is AWESOME. My wife uses nose strips in tandem with this device (which pushes her jaw forward enough to keep her airways from being blocked) and let me tell you I HAVE NEVER SLEPT BETTER and neither has she. Her snoring has been almost fully reduced. It's super easy to use and to clean it we just use a dedicated mug and put a denture cleaner tablet in there and let it soak. She said that it hurt a little to use at first because she wasn't used to it, but she barely notices it now.

The short version: works great, well worth the money, nice travel case, easy to figure out, no need for CPAP machine, feel rested. My hubby said my snoring went from a 10 down to a 3. It's bulky, but I smeared some vaseline and just went to sleep; it wasn't as bad as I thought. i checked my sleep app %26 it confirmed I went longer in a deep sleep. I'm happy with it.

Before spending $1000 on something custom-made by a dentist, I decided to try this just to see if I could even tolerate it in my mouth. Not going to lie, it did take some “getting used to.” 2-3 attempts/days before I could sleep with it in. Then about 2 weeks of wearing it nightly before my jaw was no longer sore for an hour each morning. Immediately noticed better sleep, afternoon exhaustion gone, dry eyes cleared up (yes, that was related to sleep apnea per the opthalmologist). I also tried another brand that claims to make the “slimmest” anti-snore guard, but I find that is not the case. The purportedly “slimmer” one: I cannot close my mouth around, but I can the Snore MD one, so rarely do I end up with a dry mouth in the morning. Also, I feel the fit of the Snore MD device is better than the other one I bought. It is easy enough to use %26 keep clean (just brush it every morning when you brush your teeth). Adjusting it seems easy enough, although I have not felt the need to move my lower jaw any further forward yet. If you are tired of the hassle of CPAP machines, do not want to do surgery, and other methods are not to your liking, give this a try.

I have tried so many and this disappointed as well. Worked OK for about a week and then it broke. It worked better in conjunction with a strap around the head; otherwise I had to force my mouth to stay shut and my jaw would hurt.

The item is very hard and uncomfortable. After following the instructions to form it to my mouth the bottom did fit but my teeth could only sit on the top outer edge.

The fit is uncomfortable but not completely unwearable. To be completely honest there is no way this machine produces enough pressure to work properly! I found out the hard way on vacation with friends… this piece of plastic dies not work as advertised.

Do not buy this piece of junk! Hurts your teeth and gums so bad that it takes a long time to recover after returning this. To make matters worse in the short amount of time using this it screwed my bite up and gave me a overbite. This device should be removed from the shelves before someone gets hurt!
