Wish I had known about this mouth tape before investing in a dental device for sleep apnea. When I use this tape with my dental device, my mouth stays closed,. This was the source of my loud breathing %26 snoring. This tape alone solves most of my apnea issue. I use the strip with the hole. Definitely worth a try before making a major purchase for sleep apnea. And buy it here....the A______ store doesn't carry it!

Great, just what I've been searching for. I have sensitive skin and lips. This product is fantastic. Very light weight, perfect count for price. I'll certainly be buying this again and recommending it to family and friends.

This mouth tape works very well. The adhesive works, but comes off easily. I liked the idea of the small hole, but I ended up pulling in too much air through it. Now I cut up another strip and put a small patch over the hole. I bought a solid style from this same manufacturer, but the adhesive was much too strong! I will continue to buy this tape. It has improved the quality of my sleep.

I tried for the first time. I really was impressed with how well it sticks. I must admit I out a few to make sure. You definitely want to make sure your mouth area is free from any moisturizer, etc. I was able to breath and sleep with no issue. I did remove once but put it back on and it stuck to my mouth. My fiancé said he didn't notice me snoring the whole night. I would highly recommend

This gives some space for couching, ect. The full mouth cover only has a very small hole in the center. coughing thru your nose .... not fun. This one does not leave color on your lips (glue). It also does not pull on my lip skin around my mouth as much.

This product has been a big help in preventing a dry mouth overnight. The tape keeps my mouth shut all night, yet it doesn't disrupt my sleep. The X shape allows me to still drink water from the side of my mouth. I appreciate that the tape leaves no marks on my skin after I remove it in the morning.

So far, these are the best ones I have tried. There is a little hole in the middle, so Idk if that helps or not. But the adhesive is much gentler than others I have tried. Others are so strong they hurt to pull them off your skin. These seem thinner, so maybe that's why. They are not as wide as others, but for me, I like that better. I will use these for now unless I find some I like better. And I like the color better than others that are black or bright blue, etc. I prefer this clear color.

I have sensitive skin so probably won't buy again but they really work. No mouth breathing with CPAP. Hurt just a little taking off but think it resting on warm skin helper. Tiny hole made it possible for me to drink water through straw. Even took small pill and drank to swallow. Did leave very slight adhesive but that came off easily. Don't know if red area resulted will check that out tomorrow. No dry mouth is a big deal

Small and slender with a vent hole, which increases comfort but also increases ability to breath easily through my mouth, negating the reason I purchased this product.

A many number of the tapes could not be removed from the paper. After following all instructions some tapes would not stay on and I'd find them on my face or hair. There was no problem in removing from face or hair. I didn't like them. No, I didn't ask for a refund.
