Spirit 360 Fast Acting Mucus and Phlegm Relief containing 15 Capulets (Guaifenesin) started working within the first hour. Guaifenesin is the main ingredient in expectorants. This was not a liquid but a pill. An adult took it for three days. First day a productive cough, second day sneezing but much better. On the third day appetite improved and felt back to normal. The price is so low that I did not expect it to work; especially after reading some of the reviews. One pill every four hours; does not contain alcohol and it is for adults or children over the age of 12. No side effects except sleepy but inconclusive on if that was the case from this pill. These pills are a synthetic compound. Guaifenesin is ok for the liver since it is excreted by the kidneys. (Per online research) Take with a full glass of water. Guaifenesin was used after 2 weeks of moderate to severe congestion, with coughing and sneezing. Guaifenesin can also be obtained by prescription.

These work great for chest congestion, not heartburn after feeling, calms the tickle that causes coughing ease the chough from a scratchy throat... These work well and you can take when coughing... it helps release the phlegm

I used to get chronic bronchitis. Robitussin was my go to for years. I had been fine this entire season and the length of Covid. I thought I had a cold , then full blown flu, then "oh crap...is this Covid?" I had the TERRIFYING shortness of breath and major sinus and chest congestion (chronic sinu infect. too). I remembered Mucinex was lovely and sent me a free sample kit...months ago. Def preferred their pills to icky icky cough syrup., and it worked within seconds (it felt like). I ran out of the samples before I realized it. I had these guys on hand from the last bought of bronchitis, but maybe only took 1 or 2 then. This time around, especially after trying Mucinex for the first time, MY OPINION ONLY OF COURSE, but wowza...I didn't notice a difference. Acted the exact same as Mucinex. I mean, you see anything for .88 cents...placebo or can't possibly work . THIS STUFF IS INCREDIBLE!!!!! It didn't take long to stop the mucous. I referred my uncle to these pills. The only thing I didn't like was that it tasted like dust. However, it worked.

product is fine, but ordering through vs. going in store is a crapshoot. ordered online only to have it canceled because it was "out of stock" then went in store and there it waa plainly on the shelf. there often is mot enough on the shelf, so i have to finagle to get the 'overstock' from the top of shelves. ive had to do this so many times it is ridiculous. there needs to be more product on the shelve. especially during allergy season and when respiratory issues kick up in our area.

I could not get the bottle open. It's a regular press and turn. It would never grab the threads, just kept turning, or catch incorrectly so only part of the cap was lifting. Defective manufacturing.

When I opened the bottle, I noticed a strong, unpleasant smell that made it difficult for me to take the medication. As a result, I decided to go with a more familiar brand, Mucinex, which I feel more comfortable using. I wasn't able to assess the effectiveness of this product, but the smell was enough of a deterrent for me to not try it.
