I have super bad allergies/sinus issues and living in Oklahoma is of course part of it. Anyways these save my life, ok they save my days often. I have been told by a medical professional that if OTC meds work stay on them. I don't take these on the daily but have some in my purse, in my car, by my chair, in my bathroom etc... These work amazingly for me. They typically stop my headache in its tracks from the weather change or save me from environmental charges. When I had to work under florescent lights, they were working overtime! Add them to the cart! There was a time they stayed sold out for awhile and it was a very sad time for me lol. Buy them!

I have been using the Walmart-brand comparable Tylenol sinus for years. It is as effective as the name-brand Tylenol without the high price tag. I recommend this brand to save money and obtain the same results.

What a game changer!! With the changes in weather,allergies and living in farm country,where the pollen count is high....this medicine is GREAT! Fast acting and all day relief. If theres better on the market,i havent seen it.

I occasionally get a head cold and feel miserable. These work really well for the congestion an the scratchy throaty, along with the nasal drainage.

This is a good non drowsy medicine that helps me especially during allergy season. I use this because it works just as good as the name brand stuff at a more reasonable price.

I have tried all kinds of medicine over the years, this is hands down the best medicine I can find and for the price of the medicine. This really helps with pressure and pain in the head and face area!! I highly recommend this stuff to anyone that suffers from sinus issues.

This worked better than I expected. My sinuses were so congested I literally thought I was gonna die! I was able to breathe enough that I could sleep through the night. I quickly purchased 3 more boxes just incase I needed it again this season. Worked VERY VERY well for the price! I used ONLY this product and nothing else, as I'm on lots of other meds already, and was surprised at it's effectiveness! I took as directed for three days. I DO recommend this product!!

Wish these came in a bottle where you didn't have to each packet every time. I have arthritis in my aging hands and it's difficult and tedious. Please consider different package options, and I really like the capsules better than the caplets. But can't go without this product as I have bad si uses and bad sinus headaches, my specialist has no surgery to make this better. This product keeps it manageable for me.

Great price, but not worth the side effects for me. Offered "some" relief, but not enough to bring a higher rating. i have RESTLESS FEET. Took the first dose and BOY was that a mistake. Took early afternoon and my feet drove me up the wall until 3 a.m. (even after taking my script for my feet) I'm sure this probably works for most folks, but if you have RESTLESS FEET i HIGHLY suggest not purchasing the daytime medicine.
